2027 Bright Spark Apprentice Program | Sydney Area - Women are encouraged to apply

Date:  31 May 2026

Are you a woman thinking of applying?

You don’t need to have grown up around tools or trades to see yourself working in our field crews. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll support you to build the skills, confidence and experience you need to become a qualified tradesperson. At Ausgrid, we want women and gender diverse people to see this as a place where you can belong, feel supported and build a long-term career, in an environment where respect, inclusion and wellbeing matter. We strongly encourage women and gender diverse people to apply. You can also hear from some of the women who work at Ausgrid (insert hyper link) to learn more about their experience.

About Ausgrid - we’re wired for good
