As the Vendor Operations Coordinator, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless end-to-end Vendor experience aligned with the PLUS ES customer vision. As the primary point of contact for vendor operational enquiries and escalations, you will ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints.

You will be responsible for managing retailer KPIs and proactively monitoring vendor performance. This includes identifying areas for improvement, ensuring service standards are met, and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will support the Vendor Operations team by contributing to business improvement initiatives, helping to optimise processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

 

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Provide high-quality service to support various deployment programs.
  • Provide vendor support with a strong focus on achieving key business targets.
  • Analyse deployment data to produce reports, reconciliations, and key insights.
  • Report on retailer KPIs and vendor performance, aligned with OKRs, KPIs, and project outcomes.
  • Minimise incidents and missed appointments.
  • Maintain ongoing, effective communication with vendors to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive positive customer outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of recommended improvement actions and processes.
  • Proactively contribute feedback and input to support continuous business improvement.

 

What you bring to the role

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven people management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) and PowerPoint, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Well-developed capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations, with a strong understanding of business context to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and supporting broader business programs, including working with offshore BPO teams.
  • A fast-learning mindset with the flexibility to provide temporary support to other areas when needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong stakeholder engagement skills.
