Your new role

As the Senior Operations Coordinator at PLUS ES, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless end-to-end Retailer experience that aligns with our customer-focused vision. You’ll be responsible for reporting and reconciling key deployment activities, supporting the financial management of our cost-to-serve, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the business. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with the Deployment team to drive business improvement initiatives, helping to shape and enhance the way we deliver value to our customers.

 

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Deliver high-quality support across a variety of Deployment programs.
  • Provide responsive and effective support to Retailers and Vendors, contributing to the achievement of key business targets.
  • Analyse Deployment data to generate meaningful reports, reconciliations, and key insights.
  • Monitor and report on Retailer KPIs and Vendor performance, ensuring alignment with OKRs, KPIs, and project outcomes.
  • Support cost management and achieving financial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Support the implementation of recommended improvement initiatives and processes, while proactively contributing ideas and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with clients.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel advanced functions and PowerPoint, along with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in data interpretation, reporting, and reconciliations, with the ability to identify issues and opportunities within a business context.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and supporting broader business strategies, including collaboration with offshore BPO teams.
  • Strong financial expertise, with experience in reviewing payment claims, processing invoices, conducting cost analysis, and vendor comparison.
  • Demonstrated experience with information systems and a proactive approach to becoming a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs to support other areas when needed.
  • A self-motivated and autonomous working style, capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
