Spark our interest!
Our hiring decisions are not only based on your experience and skills, but your passion, attitude, and alignment to our core values.
We are seeking a candidate with tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or another closely related discipline, with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in the electrical and/or telecommunications infrastructure sectors.
You’ll bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that enable you to work effectively across teams and with customers. A basic understanding of proposal software and tools is recommended, along with a natural affinity for learning new systems. Your ability to quickly adapt to and leverage these tools will be key in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales and Business Development teams.
Candidates with experience using AI-based software, such as Autogen AI, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot or Bidwrite, that enhances win rates and streamlines offer development timelines will be highly regarded. Understanding of Salesforce, particularly in opportunity management, reporting and running digital lead generation campaigns through Salesforce Pardot, is also advantageous, but not mandatory.
Additionally, candidates with a basic grasp of graphic design and the ability to create compelling sales presentations, executive summaries and offer documents that use visuals to communicate ideas effectively will stand out. The ability to turn concepts into impactful graphics is a valuable asset. Prior experience with proven sales methodologies such as Shipley, Holden Power Base Selling, or other methodologies will also be considered advantageous.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have been involved in winning electrical & telecommunication infrastructure projects that include HV connections and/or BESS installations up to 150+ MW. Experience with contestable works for distribution/transmission networks (including ASP projects), battery systems (from small-scale to large grid-scale), or heavy vehicle charging infrastructure is also highly valuable, but not mandatory.
