Are you ready to lead the future of metering integration in a rapidly evolving energy landscape?

At PLUS ES, we’re looking for a Metering Integration Team Lead to drive the seamless onboarding of new metering services, providers, and technologies into our operational environment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead complex integrations, influence cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping scalable, future-ready metering operations.

This role will report to a Metering Data Operations Manager, based in our Melbourne Office.

About the role

As our Metering Integration Team Lead, you will own the end-to-end integration, transition, and stabilisation of new metering initiatives. From onboarding new providers to embedding new systems and operating models, you’ll ensure everything lands smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.

You’ll collaborate across internal teams, technology partners, and external stakeholders—resolving complex challenges, driving operational readiness, and building capability for long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead integration and transition activities across new metering platforms, systems, and providers
• Ensure operational readiness, compliance, and performance stability during onboarding and post-implementation
• Manage risk, governance, and regulatory obligations.
• Resolve complex implementation issues and act as escalation point
• Analyse performance data and deliver insights to improve integration outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable integration frameworks
• Lead and support operational teams and offshore resources through change

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Management or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale or complex integration / transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of metering operations, contact centres, and regulatory environments.
• Able to analyse data and use it to make solid business decisions.
• Successful at leading strategic initiatives from concept to full implementation.
