Your role at Plus ES
Reporting to the Metering Partner Lead, this role will see you contribute to the management and growth of our Solar & ASP partner relationships via the provision of exceptional services. You will be a point of contact and SME for Energy Retailers, Metering Partner operational enquiries as well as escalations.
You will provide support to the Deployment and Business Development teams in relation to Metering Partner business improvement initiatives as well as assist the metering business in growing the market share.
- Provide assistance in job management system, and compliance requirements for Metering Partners and Retailers.
- Ensure all metering partners deployment work is complete and updated in appropriate systems within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Success Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering a high level service to a range of stakeholders. You are a strong, influential communicator who fosters client and stakeholder relationships. We need someone who excels under pressure, is organised and who can meet deadlines, in a timely and accurate manner. You are self-motived and able to work both autonomous and team environments and have the following skills and experience;
- Well-developed computer skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and Word, along with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with information systems and reporting.
