At PLUS ES, we’re focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality deployment experience that supports our customers, retailers, and vendor partners. We’re looking for a Deployment Coordinator who thrives on coordination, data-driven insight, and stakeholder collaboration to help bring our customer vision to life.

 

This role plays a critical part in the end-to-end Vendor experience, acting as the key point of contact for operational enquiries and escalations, while proactively managing performance, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

In this role, you’ll contribute to the success of multiple deployment programs by ensuring vendors are supported, accountable, and performing at their best.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality vendor support across varying deployment programs to achieve key business targets
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for vendor operational enquiries and escalations
  • Proactively tracking vendor performance and retailer KPIs, ensuring service standards, OKRs, and project outcomes are met
  • Analysing deployment data to produce reports, reconciliations, and actionable insights
  • Identifying performance gaps and driving continuous improvement across vendors and internal teams
  • Minimising incidents such as missed appointments through proactive monitoring and communication
  • Supporting the Vendor Operations team with business improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining clear, effective, and ongoing communication with vendors and stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes

 

 

What you bring to the role

We’re looking for someone who combines strong relationship skills with analytical capability and operational confidence. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven people management and relationship-building skills, including engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including advanced functions) and strong PowerPoint capability, with high attention to detail
  • Well-developed experience in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations, with the ability to understand business context and identify issues and opportunities
  • Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives, including working with offshore BPO teams
  • The ability to learn quickly and provide temporary support to other areas when needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach

 

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience in metering deployment roles
  • Experience using SAP (ERP and ISU modules), Salesforce, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of the electricity network, particularly metering systems
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
