    About the Role
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager – Analytics to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity and reports into our Assistant Treasurer located at our Haymarket Head Office.
    You will play a pivotal role in managing financial risk and supporting strategic funding decisions. You will lead the analysis and management of financial market risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange and credit exposures. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to optimise capital allocation, support the development and execution of funding strategies and provide critical insights that inform executive and Board-level decision-making.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    •    
    Support Treasurer and Assistant treasurer in debt funding strategy and analytics. Provide timely and insightful analysis and design financial models.
    •    Undertake attribution analysis and stress testing across the 5-year Treasury Plan
    •    Deliver insightful and detailed analytics to the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer
    •    Drive continuous improvement, integration with TMS, including automation, AI and development of Ai agents supporting treasury system enhancements
    •    Support preparation of financial strategy and Board papers
    •    Support Assistant Treasurer, assisted by Senior Treasury Analyst to manage and optimise derivatives and hedging programs (interest rate & FX)
     
    About You
    •    
    Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics or similar (postgraduate qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA, highly regarded)
    •    5–10+ years’ experience in treasury, financial markets or risk within a complex organisation
    •    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, provide actionable insights and present well-reasoned perspectives on alternative action pathways
    •    Strong expertise in derivatives, FX and interest rate markets
    •    Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability
    •    Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
    •    Experience with treasury systems (e.g. Bloomberg, SAP, G-Treasury)
    •    Prior experience in the energy sector and understanding of the regulatory framework is highly desirable
