You’re naturally curious, passionate about solving complex problems, and energised by turning data into meaningful business outcomes. As our Systems Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the performance and future direction of critical business systems that support Ausgrid's operations.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll uncover insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence strategic decisions through advanced analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. You'll lead system enhancements, drive process optimisation, and ensure our systems continue to evolve to meet changing business, regulatory, and customer needs.

As a strong communicator and relationship builder, you'll engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and bringing people on the journey through change. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping teams make better decisions, solve business challenges, and unlock greater value from their systems and data.

This is a role for someone who loves learning, asking questions, and challenging the status quo. You'll thrive in an environment where curiosity is valued, continuous improvement is encouraged, and innovation is part of everyday work.
