As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape the future of energy by designing innovative services that unlock the value of batteries, community storage, and flexible energy assets. You’ll develop products that enable dynamic network pricing and assist customer-owned energy resources in participating more actively in energy markets. Collaborating with internal teams, retailers, regulators, and technology partners, you’ll transform ideas into practical solutions that benefit customers and the grid.

This role is for you if you can:
- Bring at least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in launching new services in complex or regulated industries.
- Navigate the energy market landscape, understanding distribution networks, retailers, and the emerging two-way market.
- Work confidently on complex B2B2C software builds and system integrations, ensuring that products work across cloud platforms, APIs, and existing enterprise systems.
- Analyse and interpret extensive data sets to uncover insights, validate ideas, and measure success.
- Manage relationships with retailers and aggregators, collaborating to ensure services meet real customer and market needs.
- Conduct research, capture insights, and actively share learnings to keep the organisation and industry informed and aligned.
