Your new role
Reporting to the Customer Applications Manager, as Senior D365 Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, driving architectural direction, resolving complex integration challenges, and aligning technical outcomes with long-term business objectives through strategic stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead solution architecture and design for Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, Marketing) and Power Platform, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project goals, capture requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solution designs.
- Apply user-centred design principles by developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that deliver intuitive and efficient experiences.
- Troubleshoot design and integration challenges, delivering innovative and effective solutions across Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Act as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, guiding developers and cross-functional teams through complex project delivery.
- Oversee testing, configuration, and quality assurance to ensure systems are compliant, resilient, and ready for long-term sustainability.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, with 5–10 years of proven experience in full software development lifecycle, within complex enterprise environments.
You will bring strong expertise in both technical and functional software design, system integration, and solution development using Microsoft technologies. You’re someone who understands how to design practical solutions to meet business needs and can manage work from planning through to delivery.
You will be adept in working through challenges, solving problems, and improving how things are done. Just as important, you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and can confidently manage your time and priorities.
To be successful, you have will the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for managing development workflows and deployments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within diverse teams and engage stakeholders.
- Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as XML, HTML5, and frameworks including SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and MVC.
- Capability to design and develop responsive portals and mobile-friendly applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to build integrated business solutions.
