See yourself working here
As a Remuneration Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our performance and remuneration programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with business goals. Working within our Performance & People Services (PPS) team, you’ll provide analytical, project and operational support to help deliver performance and remuneration outcomes across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your analytical mindset with a people-first approach in a business that’s committed to transformation and growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct regular and ad hoc data analysis and reporting across remuneration, benefits, performance, and recognition.
  • Lead data validation and cleansing exercises to ensure integrity and alignment across multiple people systems.
  • Undertake job evaluations and market benchmarking, helping ensure roles are assessed and rewarded appropriately.
  • Collect and analyse external remuneration and reward data to generate market insights and recommendations.
  • Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes end-to-end.
  • Maintain and manage the organisation’s role statement repository, collaborating with P&C partners and leaders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform monthly exception reporting, identifying and escalating anomalies for review.
  • Partner with the People Data & Insights team to design dashboards, apps and reporting solutions that improve data visibility and decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to identify issues, capture requirements and shape process improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and consistency across the P&C function.

What you bring to the role
Our hiring decisions are not only based on your experience and skills, but your passion, attitude, and alignment to our core values.

You’ll have a tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, with at least two years’ experience in HR and exposure to remuneration/reward activities and evaluation methodologies. Analytically minded and detail-focused, you’re highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex datasets. You have a keen eye for accuracy, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in environments where collaboration and continuous improvement are valued.

You’ll also bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Proactive, adaptable and curious, you take ownership of your work from concept to completion, always seeking opportunities to learn and enhance outcomes.

Those with exposure to using AI to improve processes and drive efficiency and experience with PowerBI, PowerApps or other reporting/visualisation tools will be highly prioritised!
