See yourself working here

We're seeking expressions of interest for experienced Senior Project Managers to join us in delivering some of Australia's most significant energy infrastructure projects.

Working across major Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) developments and large-scale data centre connections, you'll play a key role in strengthening the network that supports growing communities, enables digital innovation and accelerates Australia's transition to a cleaner energy future.

These are complex, high-profile projects that require strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to achieve shared outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to lead major capital investments, work alongside industry experts and influence projects that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.

  • Lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects from design through to construction and commissioning.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and risks to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Drive procurement activities, contract management and contractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Resolve project delivery challenges and provide clear reporting on project progress and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and project management expertise, with a proven track record in delivering capital projects/programs, preferably within the electricity industry.

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or similar), Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure or major capital projects within the energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling and project controls.
  • Proven experience managing contractors, consultants and engineering contracts, with a strong understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of safety, environmental, regulatory and governance requirements within a project delivery environment.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project and business systems, including Microsoft Office and SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and drive successful project outcomes.
