About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Property Transactions, you will take ownership of leasing performance across the portfolio, managing existing tenancies while identifying and unlocking value from underutilised and vacant assets. A particular focus will be on developing leasing opportunities across vacant land assets and driving recurring revenue growth.

With more than 1,600 assets, we're seeking an experienced Leasing & Tenancy Manager to drive commercial outcomes, maximise portfolio performance and identify new revenue opportunities across our property holdings. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll influence leasing strategy, negotiate complex commercial transactions and engage directly with senior leaders across the business.

Working across a wide range of stakeholders, you'll partner with internal property, legal, finance and operational teams, while managing relationships with external leasing agents, tenants, developers and advisors. You'll also have regular exposure to Executive and senior leadership stakeholders.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies that maximise portfolio value and revenue growth.
  • Manage lease renewals, negotiations, tenancy matters and portfolio performance
  • Identify commercial opportunities across vacant and underutilised land holdings.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with tenants, agents and counterparties.
  • Build strong relationships with leasing agents and property market stakeholders.
  • Provide revenue forecasting, reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare business cases and executive-level presentations to support key decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams across property, development, legal, finance and operations to deliver commercial outcomes

 

You’ll Bring

We're looking for a commercially astute property professional with strong leasing credentials and a proven ability to drive value from complex property portfolios.

  • Significant experience in commercial, industrial, logistics or land leasing.
  • A background within a property agency, institutional property owner, developer, infrastructure organisation or large in-house property team.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex leasing transactions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing revenue outcomes.
  • The confidence and credibility to engage with Executive stakeholders and present strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into commercial outcomes.
