We are seeking a Financial & Business Analyst to join our Functional Services stream. In this role, you will provide critical financial and management reporting support, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of business performance, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with Finance and Commercial Managers to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making and optimal allocation of resources.
- Partner with Finance and Commercial Managers to provide commercial financial insight and advice on business performance and investment decisions.
- Deliver financial analysis, management performance reporting, and support the development of forecasts and budgets.
- Lead month-end close processes, including journal processing, reviewing results, and challenging trends with business partners.
- Assist budget owners with preparing budgets and forecasts, providing sound financial advice and recommendations.
- Conduct modelling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning as required.
- Recommend improvements to processes, data integrity, and business systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
What you bring to the role

To be successful, you will have the following skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline, plus CA or CPA qualification.
- 4–5 years’ experience in financial data analysis within a large commercial organisation.
- Strong financial and management accounting skills, advanced Excel modelling, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP Finance and Microsoft Office; Power BI and TM1 experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
