Your new role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team.  In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled 24/7 shift working technical workgroup engaged in emergency response activities.

• Attend to and resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints
• Undertake relevant audits and inspections, and check and/or complete compliance-based documentation
• Validating defects in field and providing recommended rectifications
• Monitoring site safety of internal crews
• Updating and/or providing accurate data to update ERP systems such as SAP, GIS etc

The successful candidate will hold Safety as a core value! You are a skilled and passionate leader who is Electrically qualified. We need you to be experienced in leading and developing field-based employees, in heavy industry and/or high-risk environments. You are a strong communicator who thrives on fostering strong relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You are highly adaptable, agile, and work well within a collaborative environment. We need someone who can plan and prioritise their workloads to meet tight deadlines.
 

• Sound knowledge of trade based practices preferably in the electricity distribution industry
• Class C Drivers Licence.
• Electrical Safety Rules accreditation
• Sound knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations and procedures such as safe working practices, network standards and codes of practice
