Your new role

As a Field Operations Support Officer (FOSO), you will play a key role in delivering cross-group operational support services. You will work closely with field and office-based teams to ensure smooth coordination, and service delivery across the business. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

This role is primarily based at our Artarmon Depot, with occasional travel to our Dee Why Depot. While not frequent, flexibility to support across both locations when needed is required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide operational and administrative support across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate and track service requests, work orders, and compliance activities.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and system updates.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Proven experience in an operational support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced and reactive environment.
  • Proficiency using systems like Microsoft Teams, Works Management System (WMS), Microsoft Dynamics, and ideally experience with CRM systems and scheduling or rostering tools will be highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with raising purchase orders and managing procurement tasks - experience using SAP is desirable, particularly for handling purchase orders and investigation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A current Class C motor vehicle licence.
