Your new role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Group Executive of Market Development & Strategy, and the broader team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Provide high-level administrative support exclusively to the Group Executive of Market Development & Strategy, with additional ad hoc support to the wider group (group size of approx. 70 eployees)
  • Manage the executive's daily work requirements, including diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
  • Organise and prioritise conflicting work and business commitments.
  • Establish effective relationships with the Executive Leadership team and other internal stakeholders
  • Communicate with key external stakeholders on behalf of the Group Executive.
  • Coordinate executive-level meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and correspondence.
  • Organise and circulate communications, reports, and correspondence for the Group Executive.
  • Establish and maintain effective administrative processes within the group.
  • Manage group communications, quarterly Town Hall events, team offsites, and additional support as required.

To be considered, you will have:

 

  • Proven experience in a high-level EA position, supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
