Spark our interest!

Our hiring decisions are based not only on your experience and skills but also on your passion, attitude, and alignment with our core values.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data structures and modelling, enabling them to develop models that evaluate weather-related risks to our network assets. You will utilise your expertise in analytical coding tools, such as Python, to process and interpret large datasets. While previous experience in climate science is beneficial, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn the fundamentals of climate science on the job.

Your capacity to solve technical problems and implement scalable solutions is vital. Ideally, you will have prior experience in technical roles within the energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive sectors. A degree in data science or an equivalent qualification will support this practical background.

Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will allow you to present complex technical information clearly and accessibly. Experience in a team environment is crucial for delivering projects and tasks successfully within agreed-upon time frames and budgets.
