Your new role
As our Cyber Awareness and Change Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that strengthen Ausgrid’s cyber resilience by fostering a culture of awareness and proactive risk management. You’ll work across business units to:
- Develop and refine engaging cyber awareness training and educational materials.
- Communicate emerging cyber threats and incidents to keep teams informed and prepared.
- Design and deliver phishing simulation campaigns to assess and improve awareness.
- Influence behavioural change and embed cyber-safe practices across the organisation.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in learning development, training, marketing, psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive mindset and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
