Who we are looking for:
- Passionate Bachelor of Engineering degree students in 3rd or penultimate year of study
- Aligning degree/majors in Electrical or Mechatronic
- At time of application candidates must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Commitment to the program, full-time, from December 2025 to February 2026 (some flexibility available)
- Driven individuals eager to make a difference
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Enthusiasm for the energy sector and commitment to innovation

- Step 2: One-way video interview - shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online, one-way video interview as part of our screening process.
- Step 3: Interview - selected candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with the business.
- Step 4: Background checks & offer - successful candidates will be welcomed to start the program, commencing December 2025!
